Current Positions: Handyman

Core Skills:

• General Carpentry & Repairs
• Experience with drywall patching, trim installation, door adjustments, etc.
• Plumbing & Electrical Basics
• Experience with fixing leaks, replacing faucets, swapping out light fixtures or switches, etc.
• Painting & Surface Prep
• Experience with interior/exterior painting, caulking, prepping surfaces, etc.
• Equipment Operation
• Experience with using power tools, ladders, possibly light machinery
• Punch List & Maintenance Work
• Able to handle final walk-through tasks or ongoing maintenance)
